Our Process: From Cow to Golden Ghee
We follow the time-honored bilona method to bring you the purest, most nourishing ghee — just like it was made 100 years ago.

1. Milking the Desi Cows
We begin with fresh, nutrient-rich milk from grass-fed desi cows raised with love and organic feed by our trusted farmers.

2. Curdling the Milk
The milk is gently turned into curd, setting the foundation for ghee that's easier to digest and full of gut-friendly nutrition.

3. Hand Churning
Using the ancient bilona method, we slowly hand-churn the curd with a wooden churner to separate the makkhan (butter) naturally.

4. Slow Heating
The butter is gently heated over a flame until it releases its golden essence — pure desi ghee. No shortcuts. No chemicals.
